Showroom Sales Representative – Wholesale (Paris)

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join its Wholesale team in Paris for the October 2026 selling campaign. The role is short‑term, on‑site, and focuses on running buying appointments, presenting the collection and closing orders with wholesale clients and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Run scheduled buying appointments with wholesale clients and agents across the six showroom days.
• Present the collection with detailed product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, pricing and delivery windows.
• Guide the buy by recommending assortments, depth and size curves aligned with account profiles and brand priorities.
• Build and validate orders in the B2B platform during or immediately after each appointment.
• Coordinate with agents on appointment flow, client hand‑overs and daily recaps, flagging open orders for the wholesale team.
• Maintain daily showroom readiness, including samples, rail merchandising, line sheets and sales tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of showroom sales experience in fashion wholesale for a premium or contemporary brand.
• Proven ability to run buyer appointments autonomously and close orders during selling campaigns.
• Fluent English; French appreciated; additional language (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Italian, German, Arabic) a plus.
• Available on‑site in Paris for the full campaign (1‑6 October 2026) and eligible for a fixed‑term contract or freelance arrangement.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of B2B order platforms such as JOOR or NuOrder.
• Understanding of wholesale buying logic including OTB, assortment building, size curves and delivery scheduling.
