Service Project Management Intern

About the role

Join Back Market’s Extended Services team as a Service Project Management Intern. You will help improve the customer claim journey, launch new value‑added features, and ensure the service offering meets local expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor revenue and customer experience performance across active countries using Tableau and produce weekly action‑plan reports.
• Improve NPS and claim management processes in collaboration with the Care team.
• Launch new insurance‑related features and ensure the offering is competitive with Apple Care.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, legal, and country‑manager teams to align the service portfolio with local requirements.
• Support rollout of new services or pricing models and contribute to premium B2C service development.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (professional level); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities, proactive and able to work across transversal teams.
• Interest or experience in fintech/insurtech is beneficial but not mandatory.
