Senior Data Analyst - Acquisition

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Science & Analytics team focused on acquisition. You will use data to uncover growth opportunities, support sales and operations leaders, and help shape the data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and process improvements through proactive data analysis.
• Partner with Sales & Operations leaders to answer strategic questions using statistical and analytical methods.
• Drive decision‑making with rigorous analyses and collaborate across domains.
• Promote a self‑service analytics culture and help design data models in the warehouse (dbt).
• Contribute to the Data Engineering roadmap to improve the data platform.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a scale‑up environment.
• Strong business acumen and trusted partner to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
