Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Freelance (Paris)

About the role

Photoroom is seeking a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring across the company. Based in Paris, you will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent & People team to source, assess and place talent in GTM, G&A, Product and Engineering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from kickoff, sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Run multiple searches simultaneously (typically 5‑7 live roles), actively building pipelines for diverse functions and managing inbound applications and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate expectations and guide selection decisions.
• Identify process bottlene‑backs using pipeline data and implement tooling or automation (e.g., ATS workflows, AI‑assisted sourcing) to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (in‑house, agency or embedded) across a variety of functions.
• Proven ability to own searches end‑to‑end and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record in proactive sourcing and delivering results for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Based in or around Paris and able to work on‑site several days a week.
