Senior Manager, Global QA Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global QA Operations will lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple international sites, studios and client portfolios, based in France. This high‑impact position connects QA leadership, site operations and client‑facing teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global QA operations across several regions, ensuring consistency in delivery, reporting and quality standards.
• Strengthen QA reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, calibration processes and performance insights.
• Collaborate with QA Managers, Project Managers and Site Leaders to align and execute improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality trends, identify recurring issues and drive continuous‑improvement actions.
• Support client‑facing QA activities, including updates, business reviews and issue resolution.
• Assist in managing escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
• Contribute to launches, transitions and service‑expansion projects from a QA perspective.
• Drive AI‑enabled QA initiatives, automation and adoption of quality technologies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in QA operations, programme management or leadership within complex, multi‑team or multi‑site environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate data into actionable insights.
• Extensive experience working across multiple teams, sites, clients or global operations.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills with a track record of influencing without direct authority.
• Experience in client‑facing communication, reporting and performance discussions.
