Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

beparallel is building AI agents that automate hospital administrative processes, starting with medical coding. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer you will own the entire technical stack and help ship reliable, HDS‑compliant AI agents in real hospital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production‑grade backend services and user‑facing interfaces using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres and React.
• Collaborate with the CTO to make architecture decisions that balance speed with long‑term scalability.
• Ship and iterate on LLM‑powered agents that automate complex end‑to‑end workflows.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and code‑quality standards.
• Develop robust, secure data pipelines between hospital systems and the platform, ensuring HDS compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong product sense – able to push back on unclear requirements and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Autonomous, pragmatic mindset; “done beats perfect” in a fast‑moving startup.
• Fluent French speaker.

Required skills

• Node.js & TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres)
• React (TanStack, Tailwind)
• Experience with LLMs/AI agents (LangChain, Hugging Face)
• Infrastructure & deployment (AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions)
