Transformation Lead

About the role

The Transformation Lead will drive and accelerate DATA4's Scale transformation program, enabling the company to evolve into a large‑scale, internationally operating organization capable of supporting ambitious growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and adapt the DATA4 Scale transformation roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on value, impact and feasibility.
• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the transformation program, monitor progress, manage risks and ensure alignment across all business functions.
• Build a scalable operating model by formalising core processes, governance, roles, decision rights and standards.
• Establish performance‑management frameworks, dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership.
• Design and implement change‑management strategies, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption measurement.
• Coordinate external consulting partners, define scopes, budgets and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Contribute to the design of the future organisation, capability mapping and sustainability integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation or change programmes in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams, drive governance and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent analytical, risk‑management and decision‑support skills.
• Experience with building operating models, performance measurement and change adoption.
