Customer Analytics Intern

About the role

Join Free2move’s Analytics & Data Science team in Paris as a Customer Analytics Intern. You will work alongside senior analysts and data scientists to uncover insights about customer behavior and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members on customer analytics projects.
• Explore and analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Build scalable analytical solutions using modern data tools.
• Design and execute experiments to measure business impact.
• Create and maintain reliable dashboards, preferably in Tableau.
• Develop, structure, and optimise datasets for ongoing analyses.
• Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators.
• Help automate reporting workflows and improve data processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or Italian a plus.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
