Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

ANINE BING is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Paris HQ Finance team. The role gives a full view of the company P&L, from net sales to EBITDA, across channels and regions, combining ownership of planning and reporting with hands-on business partnering. It is a full-time permanent position (CDI) with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day of remote work possible, reporting to the Head of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, from net sales through gross margin, store contribution and operating expenses to EBITDA, across retail, e-commerce and wholesale and the US, Europe and Asia
• Lead the annual budget, monthly reforecasts and long-range plan, and consolidate inputs from regional and functional stakeholders
• Own margin analysis at channel, market, category, collection and SKU level, including markdowns, promotions, freight, duties, FX and inventory provisions, and build margin bridges
• Own the month-end close and the global management reporting package, working with Accounting to reconcile management and statutory figures
• Partner with Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and Supply Chain leaders on store P&Ls, inventory productivity, open-to-buy, pricing and business cases for store openings and market entries
• Design and improve FP&A processes, templates and controls, and automate reporting across NetSuite, Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools
• Prepare materials for executive and board reviews, support ad-hoc analyses requested by the CFO and Head of Finance, and guide junior team members

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or financial planning, with significant exposure to a company-wide or business-unit scope
• Retail experience is mandatory: a store network and multi-channel model, with a solid grasp of store economics, seasonality, markdowns, inventory and open-to-buy
• Hands-on experience owning or co-owning a full P&L, and strong margin expertise
• Track record of improving planning, closing and reporting processes, with reliable delivery against deadlines
• Master's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering, or equivalent
• Fluent English; professional French preferred

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling
• ERP (NetSuite is a plus) and a BI or reporting tool such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau
