Senior Data Engineer - Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Data Engineer you will join Pennylane’s Self Service Analytics team within a fast‑growing fintech. You will model data as a product, shape the data lake architecture and build the analytics platform that powers data‑driven decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with data analysts to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and services.
• Design, implement and maintain ETL pipelines, batch processing systems and data warehousing solutions.
• Model data as a product in the medallion architecture of the data lake.
• Ensure data quality, validation and governance, contributing to the data catalogue.
• Work alongside streaming and infrastructure teams, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.

• Experience delivering high‑quality data engineering projects.
