Strategist, Agent Development (French speaking)

About the role

Sierra is looking for a French‑speaking Strategist to own the end‑to‑end development of AI agents for enterprise customers, turning complex business problems into high‑impact conversational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope definition, conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration in production.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategy and ensuring agents meet business goals.
• Partner daily with customer teams, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track for launch.
• Provide product feedback by surfacing unmet customer needs and influencing research and platform road‑maps.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic problem‑solving in ambiguous environments, with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering multiple high‑visibility projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM agents, including eval frameworks and agent tooling.
• Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Prompt engineering expertise.
• Ability to read API documentation, understand data models and system architecture.
