Senior CV Engineer

About the role

This senior position focuses on developing next‑generation AI‑powered visual technologies. You will work on advanced generative models to create high‑quality photorealistic and stylised visual content, bridging research and production in a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Train, fine‑tune and enhance generative computer‑vision models such as text‑to‑image, image‑to‑image, video‑to‑image and adapter‑based architectures.
• Develop and improve image classification, ranking and captioning systems that understand complex visual contexts.
• Monitor emerging research and open‑source advances, translating findings into development road‑maps.
• Design, implement and own model evaluation frameworks and quality‑validation processes.
• Optimize model inference using diffusion acceleration, quantisation and framework‑level performance enhancements.
• Collaborate with machine‑learning teams to integrate advanced vision capabilities into broader AI systems.
• Contribute to multimodal AI projects that combine visual and language understanding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with diffusion models, including training, fine‑tuning and architectural customisation.
• Strong expertise with modern ML frameworks, especially Diffusers and Transformers.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and optimising IP‑Adapters or similar conditioning techniques.
• Solid programming skills in Python and practical backend engineering experience, preferably in scalable deployment environments.
• Deep understanding of deep learning, generative AI and computer‑vision best practices.
• Proven ability to drive research initiatives independently and turn experimental results into production‑ready solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and collaboration skills.
