Senior Customer Success & Account Manager

About the role

Beamy, a French SaaS company serving major brands such as Decathlon, BNP Paribas, Vinci and Orange, is looking for a Senior Customer Success & Account Manager. You will drive the land‑and‑expand strategy by building strong relationships with key clients and ensuring they achieve measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with large accounts to define business objectives, timelines, priorities and success metrics, guaranteeing ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SaaS governance, leading a community of customers to share success stories, collect feedback and foster peer engagement.
• Maintain robust sponsorship across diverse stakeholders (CTOs, architects, legal, security, digital workplace, SAM, etc.) to secure Beamy’s strategic position.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end customer journey, overseeing project success and delegating tasks as needed.
• Drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities through structured strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success or account management with large enterprises.
• Proven ability to address organisational and process challenges and adopt a consultative approach.
• Experience designing and executing renewal and upsell strategies.
• Fluent in French and strong Business English proficiency.
