Senior Account Manager – Paris

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager you will shape strategic client relationships and support the international expansion of LittleBig Connection’s Connect offering. The role focuses on strategy & management, business development, and client follow‑up & retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for your Business Unit, including account mapping, opportunity prioritisation and opening new accounts.
• Analyse client and partner positioning against market trends and monitor KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
• Prospect new strategic partners, propose tailored solutions, and support clients in sourcing expertise and staffing projects.
• Ensure successful delivery of assignments, maintain client satisfaction and expand existing accounts.
• Promote the Business Unit through events and, over time, coach junior Account Managers to develop their commercial skills.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School or University.
• Proven ability to build and operationalise a commercial strategy with measurable results.
• Solid experience in Account Management, Business Development or Business Engineering within consulting or professional services.
• Initial experience in project and client‑portfolio management.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and desire for autonomy, impact and teamwork.
