Seller Onboarding and Support Intern

About the role

Join Back Market’s Seller Success team to drive the onboarding and support of new sellers across Europe and the US. You will work on a fast‑growing marketplace, turning potential sellers into active partners while improving internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify, prioritize and activate thousands of potential sellers using Salesforce and Excel, focusing on business potential and strategic fit.
• Provide professional consultation throughout the onboarding journey, from sign‑up to successful activation.
• Analyse seller data to create strategic reports and identify high‑value opportunities.
• Lead improvement projects end‑to‑end, spotting inefficiencies and implementing automated solutions.
• Communicate directly with sellers in Europe and the US, building strong professional relationships.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree program or on a gap year, seeking a 6‑month full‑time internship.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workflows.
• Passionate about business development or sales and comfortable with data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
