Talent Manager – Permanent Position in La Défense

About the role

The Talent Manager joins a collaborative team to develop new business and nurture existing client relationships within the accounting and finance sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching skilled professionals with client projects and contract opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients through phone, video and in‑person meetings.
• Recruit, interview and match highly skilled finance and accounting professionals to client assignments.
• Manage ongoing engagements, ensuring excellent service for both clients and candidates.
• Provide career guidance and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Participate in local trade association and networking events to raise the firm’s profile.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• At least 1‑2 years of experience in the finance/accounting industry.
• 2+ years of business‑development experience in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Proven success selling to small/medium‑size businesses and building long‑term relationships.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience using a contact‑management application such as Salesforce.
