About the role
The Establishment Secretary works directly with the Director of the site, overseeing all administrative, payroll and human‑resources services for a pharmaceutical distribution centre. The role ensures smooth daily operations and provides reliable support to employees and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Director on all payroll and HR requests.
- Maintain employee files, process payroll, and handle correspondence according to established procedures.
- Act as the representative of the Administration‑HR department, delivering prompt and quality responses.
- Inform staff about their rights, such as sick leave, payslips and work‑related accidents.
- Serve as liaison with works councils, occupational health services and labor inspection, preparing CSE meetings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bac) with proven secretarial experience.
- Rigorous, organized and dynamic personality.
- Strong team spirit and a caring attitude toward colleagues.
