About the role

The Occidental Paris Levallois hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Front Office Manager to support the Reception Manager in daily operations and team leadership. This position is essential for delivering an excellent guest experience and ensuring smooth front‑office functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Reception Manager in supervising all Front Office activities, including arrivals, departures, guest relations, and concierge services.
• Train, coach, and monitor reception staff to maintain high service standards and compliance with company procedures.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage room availability and reservations to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Prepare and analyse daily performance reports covering occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales departments for a seamless guest journey.
• Participate in staff scheduling and performance tracking.
