Sales Support Junior

About the role

You will work closely with Key Account Managers and the Sales Area Manager to help achieve sales and profitability targets for a portfolio of French customers. The role includes industry training from day one and focuses on generating high‑value leads and acquiring new prospects to strengthen the French sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales for approximately 100 small and medium customers, contributing to a €2M annual turnover.
• Act as the first point of contact for new leads, follow up project activities, and ensure accurate quoting in the Winforce CRM.
• Communicate pricing and product details, arrange sample dispatches, and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Coordinate with finance for credit checks, set up new customer accounts, and keep price lists current.
• Collaborate with KAMs and SAM to develop customized sales plans and monitor the prospecting pipeline.
• Support KAMs and SAM with administrative tasks such as pipeline updates, meeting preparation, and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to travel within France for training and occasional European meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Winforce CRM (training provided).
