Enterprise Account Executive – France

About the role

Sierra is a leading platform for customer‑facing AI agents working with major global brands. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business and deepen relationships with large enterprise customers across France.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads by researching, networking and cold‑calling enterprise prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead negotiations, address objections and close complex, multi‑million‑dollar deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, craft tailored presentations and proposals.
• Help shape the company’s go‑to‑market motion as part of the early sales team.
• Collaborate with product, technical and operations teams to deliver the AI platform.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise‑facing sales experience with a track record of closing large accounts.
• Professional fluency in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and navigating end‑to‑end complex deals.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads and build pipelines.
