Sales Merchandiser H/F

About the role

As a Sales Merchandiser you will act as a business partner for the men’s product categories, linking global strategy with local market specifics. You will drive performance, manage product life‑cycles and support the forecasting process for a luxury fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators such as sales and sell‑through rates.
• Develop and implement action plans with regional teams.
• Provide strategic interface between central merchandising and market zones.
• Collect and relay market insights on needs, trends and competition.
• Identify business opportunities and optimise product assortments (fashion, permanent, carry‑over).
• Recommend assortment clusters for different store types.
• Collaborate with supply and retail to continuously optimise the offer.
• Manage showroom forecasts and order taking, building volume and value forecasts.
• Coordinate with international markets to align ordering and merchandising activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales merchandising or buying.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers.
• Fluent French and English.
• Interest in men’s fashion collections is a plus.
