Account Manager – French Market (Remote/Field)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, autonomous Account Manager to lead the expansion of the Dockers brand across France. This “start from scratch” position involves scouting new business opportunities and supporting the opening of new stores throughout the country, primarily working remotely while traveling extensively.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute market‑entry opportunities, managing the commercial setup for new store openings across France.
• Develop and maintain relationships with boutiques, distributors and local e‑commerce partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate sales terms, pricing and volumes in line with company policies to maximise brand presence.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and territory‑specific account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee the order‑to‑delivery process for new and existing accounts, ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Service teams to align offerings with French market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in sporting goods, fashion or sportswear.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and drive market development from the ground up.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % of the time across the French territory.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to close deals with diverse retail partners.
• Fluency in French and English.
