About the role

Christian Louboutin is expanding its women’s business and is looking for an experienced Sales Merchandiser to drive the performance of the women’s product categories. You will act as a business partner, translating global strategy into market‑specific actions and ensuring the right assortment reaches the right stores.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators (sales, sell‑through) and develop action plans with regional teams.
• Support the product life‑cycle, relay central strategy, and gather field insights on trends and competition.
• Identify business opportunities, define assortments (fashion, permanent, carry‑over) and recommend mixes per store cluster.
• Collaborate with Supply and Retail to continuously optimise the offer.
• Manage showrooms, build volume and value forecasts, and oversee order taking.
• Facilitate communication with international markets and ensure alignment with central objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales merchandising or buying.
• Strong analytical mindset with fluency in French and English.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude and team spirit.
• Passion for women’s fashion collections is a plus.

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
