Sales Manager – Real Estate Leasing

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence for Greystar’s student and young‑professional living portfolio in France.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing sales team (up to 8 members) covering both B2C leasing and B2B commercial pipelines.
• Own B2C leasing performance across the portfolio, managing the full leasing funnel from lead generation to signed lease.
• Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy, establishing partnerships with universities, corporates, relocation agencies and demand‑channel platforms.
• Design and maintain leasing infrastructure, including call scripts, email templates, knowledge bases and CRM tools.
• Analyse commercial and operational reports to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Proven leasing and sales performance in real estate, student housing, coliving or comparable sectors in France.
• Deep understanding of the French higher‑education system and student housing market.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable managing budgets and interpreting operational data.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Yardi or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of digital demand channels (ILS platforms, OTAs).
