Sales Development Representative – French Market

About the role

You will own the French market inbound pipeline for Youtrust, qualifying leads and turning suitable prospects into sales‑qualified opportunities before handing them to Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound French leads quickly, assess fit against the ideal customer profile and convert good‑fit leads into SQOs.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects' projects, pain points and buying context.
• Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives with comprehensive notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage follow‑ups and timing.
• Contribute to the team’s monthly SQO and MRR targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) and fluent English (C1).
• Genuine interest in technology and comfortable speaking with buyers.
• Organised, fast to first contact and curious about prospect situations.
• Motivated to build a career in sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Use of AI tools for research, outreach and qualification.
