Sales Demonstrator Supervisor

About the role

As a Sales Demonstrator Supervisor you will lead a store environment where creativity and change are celebrated. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the Levi Strauss & Co brand, responsible for driving store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit‑driving actions.
• Build and maintain effective communication with the Key Account Manager and District Manager.
• Review SIS sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and act with the Key Account Manager.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service while living the brand values.
• Maintain brand image through visual merchandising guidelines and strong visual standards.
• Manage stock organization according to stock‑room guidelines.
• Organise and execute end‑to‑end stock takes.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss & Co brand and its values.
• Strong previous experience in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confident salesperson with a track record of results.
• Experience leading a small team.
