Sales Account Manager – Merchant Portfolio

About the role

Alma is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join its Account Performance team in Paris. You will be responsible for a portfolio of 1,500 merchants across online and offline channels, helping them grow by leveraging Alma’s installment and deferred‑payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with merchants via calls and emails to analyse data, identify upsell opportunities and optimise pricing.
• Detect at‑risk or under‑performing accounts early, initiate conversations and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the improvement of outreach processes and automation tools to increase impact without additional effort.
• Collaborate with marketing to co‑create engagement formats that strengthen merchant loyalty and activation.

Required profile

• First experience in B2B or B2C sales with a short sales cycle.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a high‑volume portfolio without letting tasks slip.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable analysing metrics to prioritise actions.
• Fluent in French and English.
