RevOps Lead – Build & Automate Revenue Operations

About the role

Join Parallel to own and scale the RevOps function as the company doubles its headcount and expands to Germany. You will manage the Attio CRM end‑to‑end, automate manual processes across sales, marketing, finance and operations, and embed AI where it adds value.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Attio – data model, pipelines, fields, views, permissions and workflows.
• Identify manual pain points across teams, design and ship automations (no‑code, low‑code or API‑based) within the first month.
• Connect Attio to the rest of the tech stack to eliminate manual steps and create a single source of truth.
• Build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analyses and define priority metrics for revenue operations.
• Document processes, train users and ensure adoption as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps experience in a B2B startup, with hands‑on automation delivery.
• Proven experience administering a CRM (data model, pipelines, permissions) – Attio experience a plus.
• Strong data skills: comfortable writing SQL, building dashboards and measuring impact.
• Self‑starter, pragmatic and rigorous – delivers high‑impact solutions without detailed specs.
