Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop, and inspire associates while ensuring the store meets performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Participate actively on the floor, engaging with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Handle customer and employee escalations, collaborating with leadership and People partners as needed.
• Plan and execute operational strategies for assigned functional areas to drive business priorities.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and maintain store assets.
• Support recruiting, training, and retention initiatives for a high‑performing workforce.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related environment.
