Retail Performance Intern – EMEA (Sep 2026)

About the role

Join Balenciaga’s Retail Performance Department as an EMEA intern and support the analysis of boutique performance across Europe. You will work closely with the team to turn data into actionable insights that help drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly reports on retail KPIs such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Assist in comparing actual sales against targets and identifying gaps.
• Analyze the boutique customer base to uncover trends.
• Coordinate sales strategy inputs with the European headquarters and local outlets.
• Prepare strategic presentations for senior management.
• Monitor boutique performance and benchmark against luxury market competitors.

Required profile

• Beginner level with a strong interest in retail analytics.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI (optional).
