About the role

Loisium Hôtel & Spa Champagne is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the dining experience for guests in Mutigny, France. Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and contributing to the hotel's overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise breakfast, lunch, dinner, group and event services.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to guarantee smooth, personalized service.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational procedures and brand guidelines.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and schedule the restaurant team, fostering a positive and demanding work environment.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships and cost control to optimize economic performance.
• Promote the restaurant’s offering, events and experiences to enhance customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury hotel or upscale dining setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints diplomatically.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operational standards and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs and oversee stock.
• Proficiency in staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
