Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to turn customer inquiries into positive experiences, supporting a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, respecting cultural nuances.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
