Remote Corporate Trainer – AI Language Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to join our remote team as Corporate Trainers. In this part‑time contract role you will help train and evaluate AI language models by reviewing and creating text, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Read and assess AI‑generated text for quality, accuracy and fluency.
• Write short prompts and creative responses to improve AI performance.
• Rank and compare AI outputs using defined evaluation criteria.
• Provide written feedback on language quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in your native language and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language or writing.
• Professional experience working with language (writing, teaching, translating, editing, annotating, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

Required skills

• Excellent written communication in English.
• Experience with linguistic evaluation or data annotation (preferred).
