Regional Client Partner, Ads Solutions

About the role

OpenAI’s Ads Solutions team is looking for a Regional Client Partner to drive new and expanded advertising revenue in Paris. You will own the full sales cycle, build long‑term commercial partnerships, and ensure advertisers achieve their business objectives while upholding platform integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new advertising opportunities, managing the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Own and achieve defined revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute structured account plans to drive ROI and long‑term growth.
• Build relationships with senior advertising decision‑makers and provide strategic guidance.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements backed by data‑driven business cases.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy and Operations.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers for seamless post‑sale transitions and expansion.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, or client‑facing strategy and consulting roles.
• 3+ years of proven advisory experience influencing senior executives.
• Track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Ability to build structured business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort in fast‑changing environments.
