Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join MEDIA JD’s HR team. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience as we scale our tech‑focused business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department heads to refine job profiles and understand hiring needs.
• Manage the selection, negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS and databases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills.
