HRIS & People Data Specialist

About the role

As an HRIS & People Data Specialist you will ensure the reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement of Betclic’s HR systems and people data. Working at the intersection of HR, IT and business, you will turn data into actionable insights and support key HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key user and subject‑matter expert for the HR Information System (HRIS), maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform regular data‑quality audits, manage user access rights and coordinate support requests with IT and vendors.
• Support implementation and rollout of new HRIS modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Talent Management) and drive adoption across the organization.
• Gather business requirements, create functional specifications and oversee testing, UAT and post‑go‑live support.
• Design, automate and maintain HR dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor key people metrics.

Required profile

• Strong experience with HRIS administration, data governance and HR analytics.
• Proven ability to manage projects, work with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for sports, technology and data‑driven decision making.
