About the role

The Night Receptionist acts as the Property Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight shift. This role ensures the highest level of hospitality, resolves guest issues, and maintains safety and profitability throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

Monitor property operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines, uniform standards and a safe working environment.
Review financial statements and sales reports, manage cash handling procedures, and support profitability goals.
Assist in resolving guest issues directly and coordinate with Guest Relations to maintain service quality.
Manage employee attendance, performance matters, and weekly payroll processing.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED with 4 years of guest‑services/front‑desk experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Business with 2 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to oversee overnight hotel operations, handle cash, and support revenue objectives.
