About the role
This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2027) is within the Banking/Finance department, focusing on real‑estate financing. You will support a team that advises investors, sponsors, banks and financial institutions on complex financing transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft preliminary financing conditions.
- Prepare security documents, credit agreements and legal opinions.
- Assist in negotiating financing terms and contribute to the overall file preparation.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of obligations law, securities law and banking/finance law.
- Enrolled in or holder of a third‑cycle law degree.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
