Legal Counsel Intern

About the role

Free2move is looking for a Legal Counsel Intern to support its Legal Department on a variety of legal and compliance matters related to mobility services. This six‑month, full‑time internship offers a hands‑on experience in an international, fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on consumer law, contract law, GDPR and digital law.
• Draft legal memos, summaries and internal training materials.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating contracts such as NDAs, service agreements and DPAs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for litigation and debt recovery, and manage internal legal tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student in Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law or a related field.
• Fluent in French, English and German.
• Strong interest in mobility, innovation and digital services.
• Organized, rigorous, proactive and collaborative.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Contract drafting and review.
• Knowledge of GDPR and consumer protection regulations.
