Product & Regulatory Legal Counsel Apprentice

About the role

Youtrust, a European Digital Trust provider, is looking for an apprentice legal counsel to join its growing legal team. Starting in September 2026, you will support product compliance and regulatory monitoring for its e‑signature, identity, and e‑seal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product development to ensure compliance from design through go‑to‑market and throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain up‑to‑date regulatory knowledge for the legal and operational teams, focusing on eIDAS and GDPR.
• Design and roll out tools and methods that simplify and optimise the work of the legal and operational teams.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s (M2) program in technology law or digital law, preferably focusing on trust service providers.
• Apprenticeship contract holder.
• Familiar with regulations applicable to trust service providers, especially eIDAS v1/v2 and GDPR.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Rigorous and highly organised.
