Real Estate Finance Internship – Banking/Finance (2nd half 2025)

About the role
This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2025) is within the Banking/Finance department, focusing on real‑estate financing. You will support a team that advises investors, sponsors, banks and financial institutions on complex financing transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft documentation for financing, refinancing and restructuring deals.
- Prepare security agreements, credit contracts and legal opinions.
- Assist in negotiating terms with lenders, investors and sponsors.
- Support the preparation of conditions precedent and the overall file management.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of obligations law, securities law and banking/financial law.
- Enrolled in or holder of a third‑cycle law degree.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Motivated, innovative and commercially minded.
