Project Manager & Operations Partner – Member Services (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Project Manager & Operations Partner to support the Member Services team during a maternity leave. Reporting to the Global Director Member Services, you will act as a trusted operational partner, ensuring smooth execution and follow‑up of ongoing priorities in an international hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Director in coordinating and tracking key projects and initiatives.
• Assist in planning, tracking and documenting international projects.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and action plans across the team.
• Organise logistics for events such as Team Member Services Week, business surveys and internal calls.
• Prepare materials, agendas and follow‑up for meetings and calls, including Membership Optimisation Calls.
• Facilitate communication between Head Office and Delegation Directors.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools, reports and dashboards for decision‑making.
• Contribute to process improvements and support team organisation.
• Provide coordination support for onboarding, training initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with data and driving impact through structured analysis.
• Solid experience in project coordination or project management in an international environment.
• Comfortable supporting data‑driven projects such as surveys or large‑scale initiatives.
