Project Manager - Integrations

About the role

As a mid‑level Project Manager within the Integrations team, you will drive the expansion of merchants by orchestrating the onboarding of new payment providers and ensuring high‑velocity, high‑quality delivery. You will work closely with engineers, merchants and global payment partners to shape the payments framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead a team of 10+ engineers, gathering merchant requirements and managing delivery timelines.
• Orchestrate complex merchant integration projects, championing excellence at every stage.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with global payment providers and coordinate on‑site visits across Europe.
• Compute KPIs, improve processes, and own product vision for new feature design, building and release.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payments.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, TLS, proxies, API conventions).
• Technical background capable of reading software code and communicating with third‑party providers.
• Product‑mindset, curiosity about business, and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
