Product Manager - Sales AI

About the role

Alan is looking for a Product Manager to lead the Sales AI product. You will shape the vision and roadmap for an AI‑driven sales assistant that helps Account Executives prioritize deals, craft offers, and improve win rates across the full sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product strategy for Sales AI.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and sales teams to translate strategy into features.
• Partner with sales effectiveness and AI platform teams to align on data, models, and user experience.
• Re‑imagine the end‑to‑end sales workflow, building an AI assistant that prioritises pipelines, automates prospecting, and generates tailored sales material.
• Measure impact on sales efficiency, win rate, and overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong product sense with a focus on user needs and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with design, engineering, and sales stakeholders.
• Background in B2B SaaS, insurance, or sales‑enablement tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, user‑friendly features.
