IT Operations Specialist

About the role

Alan is scaling its international health‑prevention platform and needs an IT Operations Specialist to ensure a secure, efficient, and user‑friendly IT environment for its growing team. Based in Paris, you will work from the Valmy office three days a week and support the broader IT community across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage device security, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools.
• Administer SaaS platforms, identity and access solutions (Google Workspace, SSO).
• Participate in the IT on‑call rotation, handling equipment, SaaS access, and account provisioning.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
• Lead medium‑complexity IT projects, automation, and self‑service tooling to reduce operational toil.
• Mentor newer team members and document processes to improve knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Experience with device management and SaaS administration in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to collaborate with senior teammates and gradually take ownership of projects.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
