Data Full Stack

About the role

Alan is looking for a Data Full Stack professional to join its fast‑growing data team in Paris. You will help build data‑driven products that improve the health and wellbeing of millions of members, working across analytics, engineering and data science.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using SQL, Python, Airflow and Snowflake.
• Analyse health consumption patterns, product usage and sales performance to generate actionable insights.
• Build in‑house tooling and dashboards (e.g., Metabase) to serve internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and science teams to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.
• Automate reimbursement processes and contribute to preventive health products.

Required profile

• Passion for solving ambitious problems with simple, robust solutions.
• Proven impact in a previous data‑focused role.
• Willingness to work across the full data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Humility, collaboration and a growth mindset.
