Pre‑School English Teacher (CDI) – Paris

About the role

École M, a network of nine bilingual preschools in Paris, is expanding and seeks an English‑speaking teacher for its new locations opening in the 2026 school year. You will work in a multi‑level classroom with children aged 2 to 5, alongside a French‑speaking co‑teacher, delivering a bilingual, active‑learning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with the school’s pedagogical pillars and the national curriculum.
• Define academic and socio‑emotional objectives for each child and create individualized work plans.
• Assess progress, share results and learning goals with families, colleagues and students.
• Collaborate closely with the teaching team, researchers, designers and developers to refine an innovative preschool model.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with students, families and staff.

Required profile

• Significant experience teaching preschool, preferably in diverse international settings.
• Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative and well‑organized.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency.
• Comfortable using digital and collaborative tools.
