Postdoctoral Fellow in Quantitative and Qualitative workflows for Antisense Oligonucleotides

About the role

Servier is seeking a fast‑learning scientist to advance bioanalysis of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs). The postdoctoral fellow will develop high‑sensitivity quantitative and qualitative methods using microflow LC coupled with high‑resolution mass spectrometry, evaluate innovative sample preparation workflows, and disseminate findings through publications and conference presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise robust quantitative and qualitative bioanalytical methods for ASOs using Waters microLC and MRT high‑resolution mass spectrometry.
• Systematically evaluate extraction techniques such as liquid‑liquid extraction, solid‑phase extraction, hybridisation‑based extraction and spin‑column methods.
• Perform complex sample preparation and analysis across plasma, various tissues and cerebrospinal fluid.
• Process and interpret data using the Waters Connect software suite.
• Author at least one peer‑reviewed manuscript and present results at international conferences.
• Document experimental procedures in line with Servier’s quality and data‑integrity standards.

Required profile

• PhD in bioanalytical science, biotransformation, metabolomics or a related analytical chemistry discipline.
• Proven experience with biological sample preparation and mass‑spectrometry workflows.
• Hands‑on expertise with Waters microLC and high‑resolution mass spectrometry (MRT).
• Strong organisational, communication and autonomous work skills.
