People Operations Advisor - French Speaker

About the role

As a People Operations Advisor for Maersk, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers across APMM brands in France. You will ensure that every HR interaction delivers a great experience, supporting the company’s vision of seamless global logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries on compensation, benefits, performance management, leave, payroll and HR applications.
• Respond through HR case management, phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Guide users in Workday and other self‑service tools to drive technology adoption.
• Promote and support the employee HR portal with policy guidance and How‑To content.
• Maintain HR data quality and execute transactions in Workday and related systems.
• Collaborate with People Partners and functional specialists on complex queries.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to simplify and standardise HR operations.
• Deliver high employee satisfaction through accurate and timely service.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for employee experience.
• High energy, strong drive and efficiency in handling queries.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday HR system.
• Experience using HR case‑management tools and employee portals.
• Familiarity with HR data management and transaction processing.
