About the role
Join Maersk’s People Partnering Organization as a People Operations Advisor supporting French‑speaking employees across APMM brands. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience while contributing to the future of global HR services.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve employee and manager inquiries on compensation, benefits, performance, leave, payroll and HR applications.
- Respond through HR case management, phone, email and live chat.
- Guide users in Workday and other HR systems, promoting self‑service adoption.
- Provide guidance on the employee HR portal, including policies and how‑to content.
- Maintain HR data quality and execute transactions in Workday.
- Collaborate with People Partners and functional specialists on complex cases.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives to standardise HR operations.
- Deliver high levels of employee satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and passion for employee experience.
- High energy, proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience handling HR queries and supporting employees in a multinational setting.
Required skills
- Workday (HR system) proficiency.
